Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate outbound and inbound activities in a high‑volume environment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator, you will lead a shift of associates to meet daily operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates, Cycle Counters, Customer Service Representatives, Leads and Dispatchers.
• Oversee material flow, including receiving, storage, and distribution of production or customer orders.
• Maintain inventory and order accuracy, ensuring timely selection, storage, and dispatch of parts.
• Uphold health and safety policies, operate forklifts, and follow plant procedures.
• Drive process‑improvement projects and support operational excellence.
• Prepare and present audit documentation, KPI performance, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with other departments, management, and support staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably automotive.
• Proven experience managing a large, diverse team and leading by example.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends or overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift operation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• Ability to lift products/materials up to 40 lb.
