Forklift Operator with SAP – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch’s warehouse team in El Paso as a Forklift Operator on the first shift. You will operate powered industrial trucks, use handheld RF scanners, and work with SAP to ensure efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, sit‑down, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, put away, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify material quantities, check shipments for completeness and damage, and record paperwork.
• Load and unload trucks, move materials to proper storage locations, and lift items up to 40 lb.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stand, walk, bend, or twist as required.
• Be available for overtime with same‑day notice.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a material‑handling or warehouse environment.
• Proficient reading and writing in English.
• Valid OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice.

Required skills

• OSHA‑approved powered industrial truck certification (order picker, reach truck, etc.).
• RF scanner operation.
• Basic SAP usage.
• Fundamental Microsoft Office proficiency.
