About the role
Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is a leading distributor of fluid control and industrial supply products. We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to manage front‑line customer service, order fulfillment, and deliveries for our Columbus location.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service at the “Will‑Call” counter, entering orders, answering questions, and selling parts.
- Pull, package, and ship orders accurately and cost‑effectively.
- Organize stock and maintain location data in the computer system.
- Drive a company‑owned truck to deliver orders to customers.
- Load and unload truck deliveries.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience.
- Driving and delivery experience with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable communicator who works well in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain cooperative relationships at all levels.
