Warehouse Associate II – 1st Shift

About the role

We are looking for a diligent, safety‑conscious Warehouse Associate II to support inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations on the first shift. The role centers on operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to ensure efficient material flow and accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various PIT equipment (Turret, Man‑Up, Center‑Rider, Standup forklift) to pick, verify, and move parts/materials to designated areas.
• Prepare and move materials for processing, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate quantities.
• Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging materials according to standard work instructions.
• Operate hand‑powered, semi‑automated, and automated packaging equipment, scales, and postage meters.
• Maintain accurate records for receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational education preferred.
• Special license or PIT certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly (up to 75 lb with assistance) and work in typical warehouse conditions.
• Commitment to safety policies and 6S workplace organization.

Required skills

• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation, including Turret, Man‑Up, Center‑Rider, and Standup forklift.
• Use of computer terminals and RF scanning devices.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and ability to use measuring equipment.
