Warehouse Associate III – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' bustling West Memphis distribution hub as a Warehouse Associate III on the 2nd shift. You will play a critical part in inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations, ensuring smooth material flow and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training for area processes and safe operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
• Operate PIT equipment (Turret, Man‑Up) to pick, transport, and put away parts accurately.
• Verify material integrity, quantities, and part identities against documentation.
• Prepare and stage materials for subsequent processing steps.
• Pack customer orders using standard work instructions, apply correct labels, and confirm part identity.
• Operate hand‑powered material handling tools, semi‑automated packaging equipment, scales, and postage meters.
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory control activities.

Required profile

• Safety‑focused mindset, adhering strictly to site safety policies.
• Proven ability to train coworkers on warehouse processes and PIT operation.
• Experience supporting inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse workflows.
