About the role
This position entails business‑to‑business sales to franchise automotive dealerships, providing them with finance and insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new dealer distributors to meet or exceed the company’s business plan.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design optimal F&I programs for each dealer.
- Develop and execute a game plan with each new dealer to maximize F&I income, including training and development.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors while prospecting and share insights with senior sales leadership.
- Work alongside P&C/EB producers to leverage relationships for additional opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finance and Insurance, preferably at an F&I agency.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and confidently direct customer interactions.
- Compliance with all state licensing and continuing‑education requirements.
