About the role
The position is a senior business analyst role within the Global Equities technology team. You will partner with front‑, middle‑ and technology offices to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business analysis for Global Equities initiatives, producing clear requirements and functional specs.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout the SDLC, managing scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, test strategy and UAT activities.
- Document business processes, workflows and identify opportunities for platform modernization.
- Build strong cross‑regional relationships to support effective collaboration.
Required profile
- 10+ years of Business Analysis or Project Management experience in Equities, Capital Markets or FinTech.
- Strong Equities domain knowledge, including product lifecycle and risk metrics.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes across global teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
