Vice President of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead our people strategy across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape culture, drive talent initiatives and ensure HR practices support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the executive team on organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning and change management.
• Translate corporate strategy into long‑term workforce plans for the North American region.
• Oversee HR shared services, payroll, benefits, wellness and total‑rewards programs.
• Lead talent management, capacity planning, leadership development, apprenticeship and learning initiatives.
• Direct recruiting, onboarding, retention and talent risk mitigation for executive and critical roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and international employment laws, manage investigations, EEO/AA programs and regulatory reporting.
• Represent the organization in high‑level legal, labor and regulatory matters.
• Manage the HR operating budget and drive cost‑effective service delivery.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures and analytics to support business decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive experience in senior HR leadership within a multinational organization.
• Proven track record in talent management, compensation design, employee relations and compliance.
• Strong ability to influence C‑level executives and drive strategic initiatives.
