Learning & Development Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Are you interested in an internship opportunity with Philips? Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands‑on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of learning and talent development initiatives across the Image Guided Therapy Devices business, including leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, intern programming, and learning strategy execution.
• Coordinate learning programs, registrations, surveys, communications, and development events in close partnership with the Director of Learning & Development and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Create learning resources, facilitator materials, job aids, and communications while analyzing program feedback and learning metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Gain hands‑on experience with learning technology and AI‑enabled solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and LinkedIn Learning, contributing to digital learning and AI fluency initiatives.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Copilot, Forms, SharePoint, Teams) and an interest in leadership development, talent management, and employee experience.

What we offer

• Hourly pay range $24.00 to $29.00 (USD) with overtime eligibility.
