Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Fulfillment

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead Global Supply Chain, Logistics and Fulfillment for FIT House of Brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results‑driven executive with extensive experience overseeing supply‑chain, logistics and customer‑service operations across multi‑unit, franchise and consumer‑product environments. You will be responsible for building high‑performing teams, optimizing end‑to‑end processes and delivering scalable solutions that support rapid global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply‑chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating strategy with franchise sales, real‑estate, finance, legal and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (port strikes, trade wars) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies, evaluating AI and IoT applications for automation and visibility.
• Enforce service‑level expectations for third‑party partners, vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals and financial targets.
• Implement forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, seasonality adjustments) to drive data‑driven replenishment.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity.
• Incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models to anticipate market shifts.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience leading global supply‑chain, logistics, fulfillment and customer‑service functions.
• Proven track record building high‑performing teams and optimizing end‑to‑end processes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve inventory accuracy and demand‑planning performance.
• Experience scaling operations in fast‑growth, multi‑unit or franchise environments.
