Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive efficiency, and support rapid international expansion across the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating logistics strategy with sales, real estate, finance, legal, and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disruptions) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies such as AI and IoT to enhance automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service‑level agreements and performance standards.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using forecasting methods like moving averages, trend projections, and seasonality adjustments.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key providers to secure capacity for projected growth.
• Incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models to proactively adjust inventory.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven supply chain executive with extensive experience in global logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Proven track record building high‑performing teams and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Experience in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer‑products environments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
