Vice President, Finance Business Partner

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Finance Business Partner to serve as a strategic financial advisor and business partner for its Regional Services organization. Reporting to the Regional CFO, the role will shape financial strategy, drive performance and ensure rigorous financial governance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance leader for the Regional Services business, integrating finance with business strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial close, reporting and variance analysis in partnership with global FP&A.
• Oversee accounting for the Services region, ensuring accurate expense recording, reconciliations and balance‑sheet control.
• Partner with business development to build business cases and evaluate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant finance experience, preferably in the bank‑card or payments industry.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and drive results.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and managing diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion.
• Understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
