About the role
Join WORLDS®, the immersive cinematic show producer, as an on‑site Venue Representative in Cincinnati. You will ensure a smooth guest experience during weekend shows at the Cincinnati Museum Center.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and break down signage, check‑in tables, merchandise displays, and charge devices.
- Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and maintain a seamless audience experience.
- Manage merchandise sales, track inventory, and report any issues.
- Monitor event flow, resolve on‑site issues quickly, and communicate with venue staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience.
- Strong verbal communication, reliable transportation, and consistent availability for scheduled weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Comfortable using iPhone apps, including WhatsApp.
