About the role

We are looking for a University Recruiter to lead our campus hiring strategy and build a pipeline of early‑career talent for Sierra. This role partners with hiring managers and university communities to attract, assess, and onboard top candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategy, including career fairs and university events.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through online platforms and networking.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and build a talent pipeline reflective of our values.
• Use metrics and analytics to track recruiting performance and report to hiring partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle or university recruiting experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross‑functionally.
• Established relationships with career centers, student organizations, and faculty.
• Willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours.
