About the role

This temporary summer position ensures the community’s physical aspects are well‑maintained, supporting the service team in keeping grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turn‑over activities.
• Change locks in accordance with property policies.
