Maintenance Supervisor – Knox

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a small team to ensure that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas at the Knox community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with vendor coordination and resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise up to five maintenance employees and delegate daily work orders.
• Manage outside vendors, track warranties and follow up via email and phone.
• Develop and enforce standards for property appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, preventive maintenance and capital expenses.
• Perform or oversee hot‑water heater repairs, basic carpentry, and roofing maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of resident work orders.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry and various roofing systems (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Professional demeanor and appropriate dress code.
• Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
