Trust & Safety Product Manager

About the role

This is a new, high‑impact product role at a fast‑growing AI technology company with over 50 million users. You will own safety and compliance features for a large consumer product that includes adult content, working directly with engineers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Drive the product roadmap for AI moderation, age verification and red‑team exercises.
• Define detection thresholds, manage false‑positive rates and shape human‑review processes.
• Make safety and regulatory trade‑offs, balancing user safety, compliance and product impact.
• Review reports that may contain disturbing or illegal content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership of decisions and delivery.
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement, able to cite concrete trade‑off examples.
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems, thresholds, false positives and human review.
• Based in Europe and fully comfortable working with explicit adult content.

Required skills

• Product management methodology and roadmap planning.
• Experience with AI moderation, age‑check mechanisms and red‑team testing.
