Trim Crew Member – Full‑Time

About the role

Join our growing cannabis operation in Garden City as a Trim Crew Member. You will work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment, trimming buds and assisting with harvest to ensure high‑quality product for our stores.

Key responsibilities

• Trim and manicure cannabis buds to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
• Inspect trimmed product for compliance with state regulations and quality assurance.
• Operate trimming equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid MED badge (or be willing to obtain one).
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and work a full 10‑hour shift.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience operating cannabis trimming equipment.
• Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics.
