Trilingual Intake Specialist - Remote

About the role

Attorney Assistant provides staffing and 24/7 live intake support for U.S.-based law firms through its Staffline and Frontline services. It is looking for a confident, results-driven Trilingual Intake Specialist to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm with new lead intake, outbound follow-up, multilingual communication and case signings. This is a high-volume, sales-focused role requiring proven sales and closing experience; prior personal injury experience is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming intake calls and gather accurate information to qualify leads against the firm's criteria.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts and emails, and use sales and closing techniques to convert qualified leads into signed clients.
• Secure case signings and maintain accurate lead information, intake notes and case statuses in the firm's CRM.
• Provide multilingual communication and translation support throughout intake and signing.
• Follow intake procedures and scripts, and report lead progress and performance to supervisors.

Required profile

• Fluent in three languages, with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication.
• Proven hands-on sales and closing experience, including lead conversion and objection handling.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls, texts and emails, and able to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Reliable device, stable internet and quiet remote work setup.

Required skills

• Sales skills: direct selling, persuasion, upselling and cross-selling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry and lead tracking.
• Preferred: experience in personal injury intake, signed client agreements, and systems such as Filevine or Lead Docket.

What we offer

• Full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
• Performance expectations of 30 to 50 signed cases per month, with PTO, referral incentives and bonuses where applicable.
