Treasury Analyst – Global Fintech & Crypto

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. This fully remote, full‑time position supports global treasury operations, working directly with the Treasury Manager to ensure accurate cash positioning, liquidity management, and compliance with international accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the treasury management system to support global liquidity.
• Monitor and reconcile cash‑related accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit, and generate KPI reports.
• Reconcile all bank accounts, resolve variances, and provide reconciliation reports for month‑end close.
• Manage and administer domestic and international bank relationships, liaising for statements and cash‑position updates.
• Oversee fund disbursements, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial and treasury records for every transaction.
• Produce ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization, explain variances, and suggest recommendations.
• Support the investigation of unusual transactions and uphold the code of conduct for financial activities.
• Coordinate daily, 13‑week, and 26‑week cash forecasts to guarantee sufficient funds for program needs.
• Review budget proposals for technical errors and provide detailed analysis of account status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in treasury operations, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
