Chief of Staff (Executive Role)

About the role

StealthCo is building a title‑insurance platform and is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. As one of the first executive hires, you will translate strategy into execution, lead post‑acquisition integrations, and establish scalable operating processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define, track, and report OKRs across the platform.
• Collaborate with Finance to build and maintain financial models for the platform and acquired entities.
• Own the operational and cultural integration of newly acquired businesses during the first 30/90/180 days.
• Drive continuous change‑management initiatives through clear communications and milestone tracking.
• Analyze subsidiary performance, identify weaknesses, and develop improvement strategies.

Required profile

• Flexible executive comfortable navigating ambiguous, unstructured environments and building processes from scratch.
• Strong communicator with leadership presence and the ability to present at board and investment committee meetings.
• Fast learner with analytical thinking to quickly understand new business models and margin levers.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in FinTech, consulting, real‑estate, or investment banking (5‑8 years).
