Product Manager – Payments

About the role

Bitwave is an enterprise software company focused on bringing digital assets to enterprises. The Payments Product Manager will lead the development of core accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting capabilities for the platform, working closely with finance users and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Payments product lifecycle from ideation through post‑launch, defining roadmaps and prioritising features.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects and finance users to deliver accounting, tax, treasury and FP&A functionality.
• Coordinate agile development using Scrum/Kanban, leveraging tools such as Jira.
• Integrate customer feedback into product decisions and support product marketing with documentation.
• Ensure the solution integrates with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong functional expertise in accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting.
• Experience working with finance, accounting and tax users.
• Background with enterprise ERP or finance systems and digital asset transactions.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering or related field; CPA a plus.
• Startup experience with a track record of success and excellent communication skills.
