About the role
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide home‑health services in Palestine, TX. This 13‑week assignment offers a competitive weekly wage and the chance to work with patients in their own homes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans to patients in a home‑health setting.
- Perform 8‑hour daily shifts (08:00‑16:30) following the assigned schedule.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and agency standards.
Required profile
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (new graduates are welcome).
- Willingness to travel and stay on assignment for 13 weeks.
- Ability to start as soon as possible.
