Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans to patients in a home‑health setting.
• Perform 8‑hour daily shifts (08:00‑16:30) following the assigned schedule.

• Ensure compliance with state licensing and agency standards.

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (new graduates are welcome).
• Willingness to travel and stay on assignment for 13 weeks.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
