TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster

About the role

Davies North America is seeking an experienced TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster to evaluate, investigate, and settle bodily injury claims arising from auto accidents. The role requires a minimum of four years of hands‑on experience with liability, coverage, and medical review, and involves managing a high‑volume caseload while collaborating with claimants, policyholders, legal counsel, and medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish timely contact with all parties involved in a claim and gather loss facts.
• Review policies to confirm coverage and identify potential coverage issues.
• Assess liability for third‑party claims and document damages.
• Manage claim assignments, inspections, and settlements for bodily injury, property damage, and litigated claims.
• Maintain detailed claim files, notes, correspondence, and a claim diary throughout the claim’s life.
• Adhere to client guidelines and company expectations while handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience handling bodily injury claims.
• Multi‑line Adjuster’s license.
• Experience as a casualty adjuster with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business‑related software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high‑volume caseload.
