Therapist – Outpatient Mental Health Services

About the role

Clear Behavioral Health seeks a part‑time therapist to deliver individual and group psychotherapy to adult and adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. The role involves comprehensive care from admission through discharge, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy and lead evidence‑based group therapy sessions.
• Maintain up to 25 client‑facing service hours per week and complete required documentation, suicide risk assessments, and safety plans.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings, create and update individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
• Support a safe recovery environment by facilitating communication, conflict resolution, and modeling healthy boundaries.

Required profile

• Registered Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with adult and adolescent mental health.

Required skills

• Ability to plan and lead psychotherapy groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Competence in diagnosing behavioral health disorders, developing treatment plans, and conducting ongoing assessments.
