Therapist (LCSW-R / LMFT / LMHC) – Remote

About the role

Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote, virtual practice. Sailor Health supplies your caseload, handles administrative tasks, and offers a supportive clinical community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy sessions to seniors via telehealth.
• Design personalized treatment plans and document care using the company’s EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.

Required profile

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) licensed in New York.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using electronic health record (EMR) systems.
• Comfort with Medicare billing processes (preferred).
