Territory Manager – Central & Eastern Virginia

About the role

The Territory Manager will represent Philips’ InCourage airway clearance therapy device, engaging pulmonologists and other healthcare professionals to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions across Central and Eastern Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outside sales and territory management, including account management and new‑business development.
• Conduct sales calls, in‑service trainings, product demonstrations and present clinical evidence to physicians.
• Educate healthcare teams on Medicare, Medicaid and private‑insurance coverage criteria for InCourage therapy and obtain necessary medical documentation.
• Analyze data to prioritize target healthcare teams and adjust call routing to meet pipeline needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of successful direct field sales, clinical education or clinical sales support experience; durable/home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Ability to spend 90 % of time in the field, travel within the assigned territory and build strong customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred, or 7 + years of field sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to work independently.
