Territory Business Manager – Oral Health (Queens, NY)

About the role

The Territory Business Manager will promote Philips’ oral health portfolio—including Sonicare toothbrushes, Zoom whitening systems and other oral care products—to dental professionals across the Queens, NY territory. This field‑based position focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving product usage and achieving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Philips Sonicare, Zoom and Oral Healthcare portfolio to dentists, hygienists and dental assistants within the assigned geographic area.
• Achieve revenue growth targets and meet or exceed direct sales quotas for dental practices.
• Conduct office visits, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and product demonstrations to influence brand recommendations (MOR).
• Provide professional product detailing and consult on comprehensive oral health plans for dental offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field, or at least 4 years of field sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within dental or medical environments (a plus but not required).
• Willingness to travel periodically for training, trade shows and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Total target earnings of $121,000‑$136,000 annually plus a company fleet/car.
