Territory Account Manager – Pump, Power & HVAC

About the role

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to lead sales for pump, power and HVAC solutions at its Advanced Solutions rental facility in Tyler, Texas. You will grow the customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction firms, promoting the company’s innovative equipment rental and job‑site services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined geographic territory, executing the full sales cycle from market analysis to contract negotiation and renewal.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop new business by acquiring contractors and construction principals, educating them on cost‑saving and efficiency benefits.
• Maintain and nurture existing accounts to ensure 100% satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with on‑site and remote teams to support equipment rental, sales, and service activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction, equipment rental, or related industries.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with contractors and construction leaders.
• Ability to analyze market data, forecast sales, and manage a pipeline effectively.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
