About the role

Holistic Mind Steps, an integrated mental health clinic located in San Francisco, Panama City, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. The professional will deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the specific needs of children, adolescents or older adults within an interdisciplinary care model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients of the target age groups.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in case supervision, discussion sessions and ongoing training activities.
• Contribute to joint projects with external organizations and support the clinic’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current professional license to practice occupational therapy in Panama.
• At least three years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents or older adults.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Flexible schedule, preferably available in the afternoons.
• Strong commitment, empathy and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
