Temporary Leasing Professional – 481 On Mathilda

About the role

This temporary position is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the 481 On Mathilda community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone, or thank‑you notes to secure lease signings and renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work Thursday‑Saturday schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $25.96 to $27.00.
