Telecom Expense Management Project Manager

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a Telecom Expense Management Project Manager to lead cost‑optimization initiatives across mobile, landline, cloud, and data‑center services. The role is hybrid/remote and requires close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Vendor Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and refine processes for managing telecom costs and eliminating billing errors.
• Conduct deep data audits, invoice reviews, and vendor expense analyses to identify savings.
• Prepare expense variance, budget forecasts, and financial dashboards for monthly and annual reporting.
• Support mid‑year and year‑end forecasting, tracking planned vs. actual spend.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Vendor Operations to ensure contract compliance and budget alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong experience in telecom expense analysis, financial forecasting, and large‑data reconciliation.
• Proven ability to produce audit‑quality financial reports and drive process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
