Teleaudiologist – Remote Clinical & Sales Support

About the role

The TeleAudiology Provider delivers comprehensive remote audiology services via a secure video platform, acting as an extension of the in‑clinic care team. This fully remote position supports patient care, device selection, and technical troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations, consultations, and follow‑up care, interpreting test results and recommending hearing aids.
• Guide patients and clinic staff through hearing‑aid selection, purchasing, and remote verification, improving case acceptance.
• Troubleshoot hearing‑aid hardware, software, and connectivity issues in real time, providing device programming and adjustments.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to streamline patient flow, train staff on remote care best practices, and develop standardized tele‑audiology workflows.
• Support credentialing, compliance, and billing documentation to meet regulatory and payer requirements.

Required profile

• Active audiology licensure and credentials allowing billing across applicable states.
• Experience delivering audiology services remotely or via telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to interpret hearing‑test results and develop treatment plans.

Required skills
