Teleaudiologist – Remote Audiology Provider

About the role

The TeleAudiology Provider delivers comprehensive remote audiology services to patients and clinic staff via a secure video platform. Working as an extension of the in‑clinic care team, you will provide real‑time clinical, technical, and sales support to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes and a seamless care experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, consultations, and follow‑up care via video, interpret test results, and provide accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Recommend appropriate hearing aids, create treatment plans, and counsel patients on device use and expectations.
• Guide patients through hearing‑aid selection and purchasing, support case acceptance, and improve conversion rates.
• Troubleshoot hearing‑aid, software, and connectivity issues in real time, and assist with remote device programming and adjustments.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to support patient flow, act as a clinical resource, and train staff on best practices for remote care delivery.
• Develop and refine workflows for remote testing, consultations, and sales processes, and ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with remote audiology platforms and video‑conferencing tools.
• Technical troubleshooting of hearing‑aid hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to interpret audiometric test results and provide clinical diagnoses.
