Technical Report Reviewer (HUD)

About the role

The Technical Report Reviewer (HUD) ensures the accuracy, completeness, and quality of HUD‑related reports such as Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, and Seismic Reports. Working remotely, you will collaborate with field staff, provide technical feedback, and guarantee timely delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and technically validate HUD reports, ensuring 100% accuracy and on‑time client delivery.
• Provide “redlined” feedback to field assessors, guide improvements, and monitor progress of report preparation.
• Escalate quality issues, authorize shipment of completed reports, and act as backup technical lead for regional clients.
• Participate in portfolio reviews, protocol development, and occasional on‑site project assessor duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive knowledge of HUD MAP, HUD LEAN, HUD Etool, ADA, FHA, and 504/UFAs regulations.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and communication abilities to define problems, collect data, and present findings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands of occasional field work.
