Technical Recruiter

About the role

Range is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring across engineering, product, and design teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical role requirements, craft recruiting strategies, and attract world‑class talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles—from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
• Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication at every stage.
• Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership as a consultative partner on talent trends.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills and experience building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in a high‑growth, venture‑backed startup environment is preferred.
