Technical Program Manager – Public Sector

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of Claude models and AI services to government customers. You will own the end‑to‑end program, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with strict public‑sector regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program for delivering new Claude models into public sector environments, coordinating research, inference, capacity, cloud partners, safeguards and compliance.
• Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs, working with privacy, security, compliance and platform engineering teams.
• Plan and sequence work across public sector segments, ensuring model and API availability and application parity.

Required profile

• Several years of technical program management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional programs.
• Experience shipping software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments such as government clouds or FedRAMP‑authorized systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams, including research, security and compliance.
• Highly organized, able to manage parallel workstreams across distributed teams.
