Technical Business Development Manager - Data Center Sourcing

About the role

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Deal Sourcing & Acquisition Analyst to support the Head of Data Center Acquisition in building and managing a high-quality pipeline of data center capacity opportunities. The role covers front-end sourcing, market intelligence and deal triage, operating at the intersection of market research, outreach and early-stage diligence. It is a tactical, execution-driven role requiring strong organization and proactive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing colocation, powered shell, land + power and expansion opportunities, including broker outreach, direct owner engagement and cold outreach
• Building and managing a global pipeline using CRM tools
• Identifying emerging clusters and supply-demand imbalances, and screening opportunities for power, permitting and credibility
• Producing structured deal summaries and validating provider claims on power, schedule and capacity
• Organizing diligence materials and flagging risks early
• Building a network with developers, brokers and operators and tracking interactions
• Tracking deal stage, MW capacity, timeline and risks, and supporting reporting and investment memos
• Improving sourcing workflows and qualification frameworks, and supporting the development of a scalable sourcing engine

Required profile

• 1-4 years in acquisitions, real estate, infrastructure or sourcing
• Strong outreach and pipeline-building capability
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Preferred: exposure to data centers, power infrastructure or telecom; experience supporting diligence or underwriting; market analysis experience
