Team CDL A Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join its Canton, MA service center. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on routes between service centers and turn‑point locations, enjoying a 5‑day on/2‑day off schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver freight using 53’ van trailers or double trailers.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of 5 days on the road and 2 days at home each week.
• Adhere to safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of combined Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples or tanker endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred).
