Tax Manager – Corporate Tax (US & International)

About the role

Atlantic Group is seeking a Tax Manager to lead corporate tax activities for a large multinational client in New Castle County, DE. The role blends U.S. and international income tax compliance, accounting, and planning, working closely with finance, legal, and treasury teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. federal and international corporate tax filings and related schedules.
• Support quarterly and annual income tax provision processes, including deferred tax calculations and effective tax rate analysis.
• Assist with tax disclosures and reporting requirements for financial statements.
• Contribute to strategic tax planning initiatives and provide guidance on business transactions.
• Conduct tax research, interpret regulations, and identify compliance opportunities.
• Provide audit support for internal, external, and tax authority inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA and advanced tax degree preferred.
• 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
• Strong background in U.S. tax compliance, international tax, or income tax accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tax software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
