Join PwC’s Tax practice in Philadelphia as a Tax JD Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work in a dynamic learning environment, supporting tax teams while gaining exposure to global tax complexities and legal considerations.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Contribute to corporate tax planning and compliance activities.
• Participate in tax modeling and consulting projects addressing client‑specific challenges.
• Help with post‑deal integration and tax‑finance integration initiatives.
• Collaborate on purchase and sale agreements to ensure seamless transactions.
• Conduct research on tax regulations and industry‑specific tax issues.
• Apply intellectual curiosity to explore innovative tax solutions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• Committed to meeting educational requirements and passing the Bar exam before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the second year of a three‑year JD program at the time of application.
