About the role

Everlight Solar is looking for a Task Facilitator to support a variety of clerical and personal errands. This entry‑level, in‑person position involves data entry, event assistance, and occasional personal tasks such as child pickup.

Key responsibilities

Perform clerical errands including mail drop‑off.
Handle frequent personal errands and assist with child pickup/drop‑off as needed.
Manage administrative tasks such as email handling and calendar coordination.
Support planning and execution of company‑wide events.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of clerical work experience.
Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle.
Must be 21 + years old and able to lift 25 + pounds.
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and travel.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a confident, positive personality.
