Main Missions

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through intensive prospecting within your assigned territory.
  • Manage and convert inbound inquiries into long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while providing accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Act as a market expert by sharing competitive intelligence and feeding insights back to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the team by coaching colleagues and contributing to best practices and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong background in SaaS, IT solutions, or the recruitment industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a high level of initiative and autonomy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
