Talent Partner – Recruiting & People Operations

About the role

As a Talent Partner at Cara‑ai, you will build the team and people infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth in the AI‑driven insurance space. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and business roles while also handling onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering, product, GTM and business positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define talent profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Identify and nurture relationships with top talent across AI and insurance communities.
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting and people‑operations processes as the organization expands.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations, preferably in high‑growth tech companies.
• Proven ability to manage searches independently from talent mapping to closing.
• Experience collaborating closely with founders, executives, and hiring managers on talent decisions.
• Strong judgment, communication, and relationship‑building skills, including handling sensitive employee topics.
• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
