Talent Advisor – Employee Engagement & HR Operations

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to lead employee engagement, development and performance initiatives at its Whitaker, NC facility. You will act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring smooth staffing operations and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute programs that boost employee engagement, creativity, and performance.
• Manage redeployment, retention, skill‑improvement initiatives and clear communication channels.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain high‑quality operational efficiency to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in employee management, supervisory or team‑lead roles.
• Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results‑oriented with high attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
• Effective communication with multiple management levels.
• Willingness to wear required PPE such as steel‑toed shoes and safety glasses.

What we offer

• Base salary range $51,300 – $68,400 per year.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday evenings (3 pm‑11 pm or 4 pm‑12 am).
