Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is a strategic talent advisor and team leader within Sweetgreen’s People Experience function. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for field leadership, drive internal mobility, and support new restaurant openings across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Area Leader roles, managing a portfolio of 30+ active openings.
• Partner with Regional General Managers, Area Leaders, and People Business Partners to define talent needs and move quickly on priority hires.
• Conduct confidential executive searches with professionalism and creativity.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, Fountain, Recruitics, and BrightHire.
• Maintain data integrity in ChartHop and Greenhouse, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking.
• Own regional recruiting budgets and track spend across tools and channels.
• Facilitate monthly talent slating calls to identify successors and drive internal promotion pipelines.
• Manage hiring for new restaurant openings, creating market‑specific playbooks and coordinating stakeholders.
• Directly manage 2‑3 Talent Advisors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and SOP development.
• Partner on strategic projects with senior People Experience leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for leadership or field roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small talent acquisition team.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing talent strategy.
• Track record of managing recruiting budgets and delivering results against hiring targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using talent data platforms for planning and mobility.
