Associate Recruiter

About the role

Cult Gaia is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support full‑cycle hiring for both retail and corporate functions. This position is ideal for a recruiter with at least two years of experience who is passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and building high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for roles such as Store Managers, Stylists, Retail Operations, Marketing, E‑commerce, Design, Production, Finance, and other corporate functions.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support high‑volume and seasonal retail hiring initiatives across all locations.
• Coordinate interview feedback, offer processes, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate tracking in ATS systems.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, beauty, lifestyle, or creative industries.
• Experience recruiting for both retail and corporate functions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Professional, polished, and candidate‑focused approach.
