Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth hiring process from sourcing through onboarding while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage interview logistics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Track candidate progress, monitor offer activity, and manage pre‑employment processes including background checks.
• Assist with new employee setup, onboarding preparation, and related communications.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, internship initiatives, and special projects within Talent Acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, or HR administrative support.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and employment verification processes (I‑9, E‑Verify).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday (or similar ATS).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and CoPilot.
