About the role
Atlas Technica is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its growing team supporting hedge funds and investment firms. This hybrid position offers a collaborative environment with rapid technical growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform IT support services to users.
- Use a ticketing system to manage support queries.
- Maintain documentation and comply with organizational rules and guidelines.
- Adhere to strict change‑control procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering or administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an MSP environment.
- Ability to meet physical job requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required skills
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and desktop/mobile device troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
- Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy.
- Citrix XenApp, Sophos endpoint protection.
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise suite, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Duo, Okta, AirWatch.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools such as Carbon Black, Cylance, CrowdStrike, CyberHat.
- Mail security solutions like Mimecast, IronPort, Proofpoint.
- Knowledge of storage platforms (Nimble, Pure Storage, NetApp, EMC).
